How do I invite attendees to my meeting?

You can invite your attendees in four ways.
1.While starting a meeting.
2.From meeting console while the meeting is running.
3.For a scheduled meeting in future.
4.Using the meeting URL.

For each scenario the steps are as follows

While starting a meeting:
1.Please go to www.dimdim.com and sign into your Dimdim account through "MyDimdim" tab.
2.Click on host meeting.
3.You can invite attendees by putting their email ids in the Attendees field.



4.Click on submit.
5.Attendees will get a mail containing the join url. They will be able to join your meeting by clicking on the join link.

From meeting console while the meeting is running:

1.Please go to www.dimdim.com and sign into your account through
   "MyDimdim" tab.
2.At the left side of the meeting console you find Invite link on participant’s
   panel.
3.Click on that link. It will open Meeting Invitations window.



4.Type the email address of your attendees separated by semicolon.



5.To send mail from your default mail id click on Local email. If you want to send mail using Dimdim then click on Web Meeting email button.
6.Attendees will get a mail containing the join url. They will be able to join your meeting by clicking on the join  link

For a meeting scheduled in future:
1.Please go to www.dimdim.com and sign into your account through
  "MyDimdim" tab.
2.Click on host meeting.
3.Select the Schedule button on the Host meeting window.



4.You can invite attendees by putting their email ids in the Invitees field.
5.Attendees will get a mail containing the join url. Once you start they will be able to join your meeting by clicking on the join link.

Using the meeting  URL.
1.Once the meeting is started, you can invite your friends on an Instant Messenger by directly providing the Meeting Join URL.


2.Please click on "Meeting Info"( please see above image). This contains the “Meeting URL” as shown below



3.Copy the Meeting URL and provide it to the people you want to invite.
