How do I share my Desktop?

Steps

1) Please go to www.dimdim.com and sign in to your Dimdim
    account from “MyDimdim” tab.
2) Click on the “Host Meeting link”.
3) Make sure that the Feature Screencast = ON (as shown below).
     Currently Screen share is supported in Windows and MAC
    operating system and will prompt for installing a browser plug-in.

4) Click on start
5) Please click on Share Desktop at the left hand side of the
   meeting console on Show items panel as shown below.

6) You will be prompted to install screencaster plug in if you are
desktop sharing for the first time.Please click on OK.

7) You get a confirm desktop sharing window as shown below.Click on ok

8) This will bring your screen share icon and will share your screen
as shown below.

9) Attendees will be able to see their desktop on their collaboration space.

Hi, when I'm the host of a meeting and I'm sharing my desktop, how could I give desktop control to an other participant in the meeting? How can he take over on my screen or how can he share his desktop? Is this possible? Or do you need to be the host off the meeting to be able to do sharing? Thanks, Wendy

when i click to share the desktop on my Mac running Safari 3.1.2 and Mac OS X 10.4.11 i receive this error. Anybody know how to resolve this ? Thanks... Error below... Desktop Share Error Connection Failed - Could not establish connection to server.
