How do I restrict entry to my meeting room?

1. Login to the Portal and click on the “Host Meeting” Button.
2. This will open the “Host Meeting” window.



3. Select options.  Waiting area = enable and click submit.

This will prevent your Attendee from entering the meeting and make them wait in waiting area before joining your meeting. Once you allow, then only they will be able to enter the meeting room.



5. If any attendee wants to join your meeting you can see it in the pending task. If you want to allow them to enter in the meeting room click “allow” else click “deny”
6. You can enable this setting from the meeting console also. Click on the setting link at the right hand top corner. Select waiting area =enable and click ok.
