Is it possible to use a telephone line with Dimdim so that everyone could talk to and hear everyone else?

Currently Dimdim offers audio integrated into the meeting using VOIP (Voice over Internet Protocol). The presenter and attendees require microphones & headphones to talk.

We have partners who are audio conferencing companies and we can put together a package which includes telephone calling too. If that interests you please email sales@dimdim.com We also plan to offer it as an integrated feature soon.

When does dimdim expect to offer its services also for telephone only clients?
  2. Comment #2 (Posted by Ron Johnson )
You know not every one has a headset on their computer.

Ofcourse buying a headset is the least of problems. The reason our company was looking at the phone possibility, is the (expensive) conference telephones we already have. The scenario we have is a larger group of people in a room, and some people calling in (they use headphones). It seems we'll have to go look into voip conferencing phones that can work with DimDim.

Page is out of date. Now has USA toll-to-connect on demand conferencing available standard (no plan, signup etc.) users pay regular calling fee to number located in Central timezone US (e.g. Ohio, Nebraska). Next better thing is to get toll free conferencing and put it in under options settings.
