I can't share my desktop when my color is set to 16-bit

Symptoms: while sharing your desktop an eror message shawing "Desktop Share Error Currently it is not possible to share desktop if the color quality is set to 16-bit. Please change your color quality and try again."

Resolution: Currently Desktop sharing works when the Color setting of the Presenter's machine is set to 32-bit. You can modify this on your machine as follows: -

1) Minimize all your windows.
2) Right-click on the Desktop
3) Click on Properties
4) Click on Settings
5) Modify Color Quality from "Medium (16 bit)" to "Highest (32 bit)"
