How can I add scheduled meetings in Outlook calendar.

  1) Please go to www.dimdim.com  and sign into your account through “My Dimdim” tab.

2)  Please click on host meeting and after that click on “General” tab.

3) Please select “schedule” radio button option to schedule a meeting as shown below.

 

4) Please click on Schedule button as shown above.

5)  Please click on “here” option to add the event into the calendar as shown below


6) On clicking on “here” option you will receive a pop up as shown below. Please select the “Save to Disk” radio button option as shown below to save the file.

 

 

 

7)  You will receive a meeting invitation as shown below. Please click on “Accept” , “Tentative” or  “Decline” according to your requirement as shown below.


8) In case “accept”, “tentative” and “decline” options do not appear please go through this following            workflow  -

  a)  Please open the “Microsoft Office outlook”.

  b)  Please click on “File” and then select “Import and Export” as shown below.

                

c) You will get a pop up as shown below. Please select “Import an icalendar(.ics) or vCalendar file(.vcs)” option as shown below.


d) Please click on “next”.

e) You will get a browse as shown below. Please select the ics file (which saved earlier) and click on OK as shown below. It is the same ics file which you saved previously.


f)  Please check your outlook calendar for scheduled meeting as shown below.
