I can’t see the chat window when I am using the co browsing,desktop sharing and whiteboard feature.

When you are using the desktop sharing or web sharing feature (co – browse) the chat window will collapse and the meeting console will hide the chat window. To enable the chat window, please click on “Show Chat” as shown below highlighted in screen shot.
