Steps to clear the cache –
For Firefox –
1) Open Browser window.
2) Click on tools and select clear private data.
3) Select cache and click clear private data now.
4) Close all Firefox windows and open the portal page again.
For Internet Explorer –
1) Open Browser Window.
2) Click on tools and select internet option.
3) Click on Delete temporary internet files.
4) Close all IE windows and open the portal page again.
