How to get screencaster logs ?

On Windows : -

a. Go to start -> run and type %APPDATA%

b. This should bring up an explorer in the application data directory.

c. Find the "Dimdim" folder.Please compress the whole folder and send
      it to us.

On Mac : -

a. The screencaster.log file is available under your user folder ->Library -
      >Logs

b. Also, zip all the files under Library -> Preferences -> Dimdim
      and send it along with the screencaster.log file
