Is it possible to expand the video box on the screen?

Yes it is possible to expand the video broadcaster in Dimdim Pro edition .

Please follow the instructions to use a large video in your pro meeting room : -

1) Please start a audio video meeting.
2) In the meeting console you will find the video broadcaster.To make it large please click on the green arrow icon at the top right corner of the video broadcaster.
