It is possible to join your Dimdim conference call with moderator capabilities using the following steps.

For Dimdim Pro
To join with moderator capabilities, press '*' before entering your passcode.  For example, with a passcode of 12345, you would press '*12345#' to join the call. 

Attendee controls:

• *0 = exit
• *4 = help
• *6 = mute/unmute yourself
  

Moderator controls:

• *0 = exit
• *4 = help
• *5 = lock/unlock conference (prevent others from joining)
• *6 = mute/unmute yourself
• *7 = change conference mode (conversation, q&a, or presentation)
• *8 = enable/disable entry chimes
• *# = get number of people dialed in

For Dimdim Free
To join with moderator capabilities, press '*' instead of '#' when entering your passcode.  For example, with a passcode of 12345, you would press '12345*' to join the call.

Attendee controls:

• #3 = exit conference
  
• #4 = help
• #6 = mute/unmute
  

Moderator controls:

• #2 = caller count
• #3 = exit
  
• #4 = help
• #5 = listen only mode (for attendees)
  
• #6 = mute/unmute your line
• #7 = secure conference
• #8 = set entry/exit tones
