How can I add a survey/poll in a meeting?



      1.     Create an online pool or survey at any of the online   
           polling/survey sites e.g http://www.micropoll.com/
            and http://www.surveymonkey.com/
      2.  Obtain the URL of the online poll you created. 

      3.
     Login to you dimdim account

4.      Navigate to preferences->features. Paste the link in “Custom button” and mention a Label for the poll. In case you want to do the poll/survey after ending the meeting, specify the poll/survey URL in the “Return URL “box. In this case after you/ attendees end the meeting, you/they will be redirected to the poll/survey link.



5.     Save the changes and start/schedule meeting



 

6.      The screenshot below shows how where the Custom Button will be posted. The name that will be displayed on the button will be the same as you enter in Label Field.
