1. Go to www.dimdim.com and sign into your account through “MyDimdim” tab.

 2. Go to “Preferences” -> Features tab and make sure that from the “audio/video” option -> "Camera and microphone" option or “microphone only” option is selected.

3. After meeting starts, an Audio/Video broadcaster window will pop-up in the middle of the console. Please click on the "Allow" button for the A/V Broadcaster to gain access to the microphone. 

  

4. Please right click on the A/V broadcaster to bring up the Flash Settings Dialog. 



5. Please click on the Settings and then click on the third icon for microphone.

 

6.This will show a drop down of all the available microphones. Please ensure the correct microphone is selected

 


7. If you have selected the correct microphone then the audio bar will fluctuate as shown below – 

 

In case the steps above are not working it is possible some other application has captured your microphone. Please ensure that other microphone recording applications are not running at the same time.
