How to restrict entry to Meeting room?

The host can restrict the entry of people into the meeting room.

 To restrict the access – Enable the Lobby Access.

      1.Log in to your Dimdim account.

      2.Click Preferences -> Features and enable the Lobby feature.



3.During the meeting, when the participant tries to join the meeting, the host receives a notification at the top of the screen.



4.Click Notifications.

           5. The host will see the participant’s request. To allow the participant to join the meeting, click Accept.
