What should I do if there is some problem while uploading and sharing the PPT or PDF?

There are 4 different error states what may occur during a PPT Upload & share:-
1) Upload fails. Please re-upload.
2) Conversion fails from ppt to ps
3) Conversion fails from ps to pdf
4) Conversion fails from pdf to swf.
In case you face any error with steps 2-3-4; please retry.
If the problem persists - please send the ppt (if it is not confidential) to support@dimdim.com
You can also try to convert the ppt into a pdf (using a tool such as PDF Creator) and upload the ppt as a pdf.
