How can attendees see the mouse tracking of what presenter does?

Currently the Mouse Sharing needs to be enabled by clicking on the "Settings" -> "Enable Mouse Sharing"
The DTP+ version of the desktop publishng will display the mouse sharing will be done in real time - either as a Phantom Mouse Cursor in "Low" and "Medium" Settings and as a Real Mouse Cursor with tracking in "High" Settings.
