What is the Frames per second (FPS) setting of the Dimdim AV ?

The Dimdim Audio Video Broadcaster settings are set to default as follows:-

	High	Medium	Low
Quality	90	70	50
Frames per Second	15	15	3

It is possible to modify these settings by clicking on the "Settings" button of the Flash Video Broadcaster.
a) In the Video Broadcaster - pull out the options tray.
b) Click on the Settings in the options (4th icon - gear)
c) This will bring up a dialog with 4 parameters.
