DMS installation showing error message 'RPC Server Unavailable'

Problems that you may face in DMS installation
DMS installation includes installation of a virtual driver called PDFCreator

if you see an error saying 'RPC Server Unavailable' -

PDFCreator installation depends on two Windows services
1 RPC
2 Print spooler

Before installting PDFCreator make sure you have started these two service,
Both should be Automatic(Startup Type)

After starting these service, restart the machine.
Now Install DMS
It will get installed.
