The Dimdim Plugin (previously called the Dimdim Publisher) is a software running on the presenter machine which enables desktop screen sharing. It is available for Internet Explorer ,Firefox , Safari and for Windows and Mac only.

Notes

The Plugin captures images of the screen and transmits it to the attendees. Along with the Plugin, a Mirror Driver is also installed on the presenter's machine which facilitates the capture of the presenter screen. Presenter does not have to install the mirror driver separately. It gets installed directly when you install the plug in.

The presenter needs to be an Administrator of the Windows machine in order to install the Mirror Driver.Currently the Plugin is available only for IE ,Firefox, Safari in Windows and Mac.
