Solution: Presenter/Hosts System.

1.       Click Preferences -> Features, ensure the Audio/Video field is either set to Camera and Microphone or Microphone only and click Save.

2.       Start the meeting, click Allow on the Audio Video Broadcaster dialog box.

3.       The Host/Presenter can see whether the attendee has been assigned with a microphone.

4.       If there is no microphone available for the attendee, the host can click the Manage button and select Audio for the participant.

Solution: From the attendees system.

1.       The attendee while joining the meeting should choose Allow in the Audio Video Broadcaster.

2.       The attendee can also select Restart A/V broadcaster to restart the microphone streaming.

3.       The attendee can check if the microphone selected is the right one. Right click the Audio Video Broadcaster and select Settings.
