Hi
For some reason both I and another person I was testing the service with today experienced problems with the My DimDim screen saying it was loading something and that we should wait. The service seems to freeze here waiting to load and eventually we both cancelled out.
This happened numerous times to both of us.
Then, once I had managed to setup a meeting I got numerous HTTP time outs while trying to get my webcam to play. I tried an audio and video test and this too gave me a perpetual loading message. We never did get to see the service in action because my guest failed to access the service. One of the error messages given was "join_meet_communication_error_message" and he was also told on one occasion that he was already in the meeting he was trying to join...
Operating systems: Win XP
Browsers: IE 7 and Firefox
