WebEx Functionality for Support

Hi all

I am quite new with DimDim and one of the webex feature is actually sharing desktop for support issue for instance the end user will get an email from help desk by allowing/clicking URL then the help desk will see the end user screen.

I don't see any functionlity that is similar to this? Is this true? Or this is something that is not for DimDim?!?!

I thought I saw that if you purchase it, dimdim will allow you to share your desktop, not just an application like PowerPoint.
