it possibile import the dimdim virtual appliance into VMWare ESX server ?

I have tried, but nothing.

Yes it is possible

Just use the VMWARE Converter tool to migrate it across to an ESX server

Converter，your should check ,no snapshot,otherwise,you'll be failed!
